Why clients trust us
with their sales

Message us

AXCEND clients value our transparency and predictable results. From the outset, you know the scope of the engagement, what will count as a result, and what we will do if we fall short. An approved target account list defines the scope of our work. We build it around your product, market, and the demand signals we identify. For each project, we agree the result criteria and guaranteed target and record them in the contract. If the result falls below the agreed target, we repeat the project at our own expense.

From qualified leads to sales meetings

Lead Generation

We identify suitable companies, present your offer to the right people, and confirm their interest. You receive qualified prospects who fit your target profile, together with the context your team needs to follow up.

Appointment Setting

We take those conversations further, answer questions, and help prospects understand how your offer fits their needs. We then schedule sales meetings with qualified prospects who have confirmed they are ready to discuss commercial terms with your team.

How we launch
sales

We complete more than half of the work before the first call.

  1. 00

    Project kickoff

The project begins once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid. Before the first call, we complete the preparation that underpins everything that follows.

  2. 01

    Product brief and market analysis

First, we determine where and under what circumstances the product may be in demand. We analyze the current offer, market demand, competitors, and the alternatives available to prospective buyers. We then define the target account profile, taking into account industry, company size, and the business situations in which a need for the product arises.

Stage outcomeA product and market brief covering the competitive landscape, plus the account profile used to build the target list and prepare the sales conversations.

  3. 02

    Building the target account list

Based on the analysis, we build a project-specific list of target accounts. Market intelligence and digital behavior analytics help us track buying signals, interest in specific solutions, and other indicators of demand. Each company is included not only because it fits the industry profile, but also because the offer may be relevant to its current business context. Before outreach begins, the client reviews and approves the full list, while our internal consulting team thoroughly prepares our sales team for conversations about the product.

Stage outcomeAn approved target account list built around the agreed criteria and demand signals, plus a team fully prepared for the sales conversations.

  4. 03

    Reaching the decision-makers

The goal at this stage is to establish direct contact with the business owner or the executive responsible for the relevant area. By the time outreach begins, the AXCEND sales professional already understands the account’s business context and why the offer may be relevant. The conversation therefore begins with the company’s actual business situation, not with a generic product presentation.

Stage outcomeDirect contact is established with the owner or relevant executive, and the offer is presented in the context of the company’s business needs.

  5. 04

    Presentation and sales conversations

The conversations are led by an AXCEND sales professional who understands the client’s product and can discuss it credibly with a business owner or executive. The conversation follows a carefully designed structure without becoming a memorized script. The process can include as many agreed follow-up conversations as the situation requires, while interest in the offer remains. We clarify the prospect’s needs and confirm their interest in the offer. For appointment setting, we continue the discussion so the prospect can understand the product in depth, assess how it applies to their business, and confirm readiness to discuss commercial terms with the client.

Stage outcomeA qualified prospect with confirmed interest. For appointment setting, the prospect also understands the offer in depth and is ready to discuss commercial terms with the client.

  6. 05

    Handoff to the client

As soon as a prospect meets the criteria agreed for the project, we hand them over that same day or the following day. For appointment setting, we agree a date and time for a sales conversation with the client. Along with the contact details, the client receives the full context of the conversations and can continue the discussion knowing exactly what has already been covered.

Stage outcomeThe client receives a qualified, interested prospect and the context needed to continue the discussion. For appointment setting, the handoff also includes the agreed meeting details.

What AXCEND
clients say

I hesitated for a long time before outsourcing sales. They set up our B2B cold calling so effectively that conversion to on-site measurements nearly doubled in the first month.
AndreyExecutive, Stroimat
I was looking for a standard call center, but they rebuilt our entire funnel, got to the heart of our value proposition, put together a sales proposal, and built a landing page. The customer journey is now clearly structured: they call, the prospect finds us in search results, understands the offer, and buys.
ElenaDeputy Director, Zdorovoe Pitanie
They helped us with sales across Kazakhstan and the CIS, as well as rebranding and tailoring our offer to specific markets. We still work with AXCEND’s consulting and call center teams today.

Frequently asked
questions

Still have questions? We can answer them in a free consultation.

Which parts of the sales process can AXCEND take over?

We study your product and market, research suitable companies, and build a target account list for your approval before outreach begins. We then contact the right decision-makers, present your offer, clarify their needs, and confirm their interest. With lead generation, we hand over qualified prospects and the context your team needs to continue the discussion. With appointment setting, we take those conversations further and schedule sales meetings with prospects who understand the offer and are ready to discuss commercial terms with your team. Our team can discuss indicative prices and commercial terms. Final pricing, tailored terms, contractual commitments, and closing the deal remain your team’s responsibility.

How long does it take to launch sales?

Project preparation usually takes several days. Once the contract is signed and payment is received, we prepare the product and market brief, analyze the current offer, and build the target account list, while our internal consulting team prepares the sales professionals for the conversations. As soon as the client approves the list, the team begins daily outreach to the companies on it. We typically hand over the first interested companies within the first few weeks after launch.

How does the client monitor the work?

Before outreach begins, you review and approve the full target account list. We agree the scope of work, result criteria, and guaranteed target for your project and record them in the contract. As each prospect meets the agreed criteria, we hand over their contact details and the context of the conversations. This lets you track progress against the approved list and the agreed result.

How do you build the target account list?

For every project, we build a separate target account list using criteria defined after analyzing the product and market. Professional tools help us track buying signals, interest in specific solutions, and other direct or indirect indicators of demand, which our analysts use to identify companies with a likely need for the product. We do not buy off-the-shelf cold lists. The client reviews and approves the complete list before any sales conversations begin.

Who leads the sales conversations?

Sales conversations are led by in-house AXCEND sales professionals with an average of seven years’ experience in sales. Before the project begins, our internal consulting team briefs them thoroughly on the client’s business, product, market, and the offer’s position among the alternatives available to prospective buyers. This preparation enables each sales professional to discuss the product in the context of the specific prospect’s business rather than relying on a generic presentation or memorized script.

Which markets and languages do you cover?

AXCEND conducts sales conversations in 11+ languages and works across Europe, Turkey, the Middle East and North Africa, Central and East Asia, North America, and Australia. Within the CIS, we cover Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan. Our working languages include Russian, Kazakh, Uzbek, English, Arabic, and German. For each market, we assign a native speaker who understands the local business culture and can conduct the conversation in a way that feels natural to the prospect.

Is the number of calls limited?

We do not cap the number of calls. Our work with a prospect is not limited to a single conversation and can include as many follow-ups as the situation requires. If the prospect needs time, we schedule the next call for a convenient date. While interest in the offer remains, we follow up to help the prospect understand the product and to confirm their interest. For appointment setting, we continue the discussion so they can decide whether they are ready to discuss commercial terms with your team. There is no extra charge for follow-up calls.

What counts as a result?

For lead generation, the result is a qualified prospect who fits your target profile and has confirmed interest in your offer. For appointment setting, it is a scheduled sales conversation with a relevant decision-maker who understands the offer, has confirmed interest, and is ready to discuss commercial terms with your team. We agree the result criteria and guaranteed target for each project and record them in the contract. Calls made, contacts reached, and conversations held do not in themselves count as the contractual result.

How do you hand off qualified prospects?

We hand off each prospect as soon as they meet the criteria agreed for the project, that same day or the following day. You receive their contact details and the full context of the conversations through the agreed channel, such as your CRM or a spreadsheet. For appointment setting, we also share the agreed date and time. The sales conversation can take place by phone, video, or another agreed format.

How does the AXCEND guarantee work?

We set out the performance guarantee in the contract. The target and result criteria are agreed individually for each project. If the outcome falls below the agreed target, AXCEND repeats the project at its own expense and continues working until that target is achieved. If our preliminary analysis shows that we cannot accept that responsibility, we do not launch the project.

What determines the project fee?

The total project fee depends on the market, the size of the target account list, and the languages used in the sales conversations. We do not charge per call, so follow-up conversations with an interested company do not cost extra. We provide an exact estimate after a free initial discussion, once we have reviewed the product and defined the scope of the engagement.

How is the engagement structured and confidential information protected?

Every project is governed by a contract that defines the scope of work, what counts as a successful result, each party’s responsibilities, and the steps to be taken if the agreed target is not achieved. On request, we sign an NDA before any confidential business information is shared.

Let’s discuss your goals

Tell us about your product and the customers you want to reach. We’ll discuss your goals and estimate the project fee. The initial consultation is free, and we reply during business hours.
