Structure, not a scriptTeam

The project begins once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid. Before the first call comes a preparation stage — and everything that follows depends on it.
Sales start with an analysis of the market and your current offer. We break down the product itself, the competitors, the demand, and where the offer stands among the alternatives. Then we pinpoint exactly which companies buy a product like this — by industry, size, and business situation. Everything that follows builds on this analysis.
With a clear picture of the target companies, we build the list. We use professional systems that analyze markets and companies' digital behavior — tracking buying signals, interest in specific solutions, and other indicators of demand. This lets us include only companies for which the offer is genuinely relevant.
We approach every company on the list already understanding its situation, so the conversation with the owner or a senior executive is grounded in the specifics of their business and gets to the point from the very first minute. This is where all the earlier analysis pays off: the message lands with the right person, for a reason that makes sense to them. We don't set call quotas — what counts is the precision of every contact.
Negotiations are where everything gathered so far comes together. The person speaking for AXCEND understands both your product and the other side's business, so the conversation runs at a professional level — no memorized scripts. We keep it going for as long as it takes, until the prospect fully understands the offer and can weigh what it means for their business. Good negotiations take time, and we're willing to invest it.
We take negotiations to the point where the person understands the offer and wants to discuss the details with you personally. That's the client we hand over.

Testimonials
I spent a long time debating whether to outsource sales at all. They set up B2B cold calling so well that our conversion to site surveys nearly doubled within the first month.

I was looking for an ordinary call center, and they ended up rebuilding my whole funnel — dug down to the USP, put together a sales proposal, and built a landing page. The customer journey now runs like clockwork: we call, they look us up, it all makes sense, they buy.

They helped us with sales across Kazakhstan and the whole CIS, plus rebranding and packaging the offer for specific countries. We still work with their consulting team and call center to this day.

Industries & geography
We help manufacturers from China, South Korea, Turkey, and Europe enter the CIS and MENA — and CIS companies expand into the UAE, Europe, South Korea, and the wider Middle East.

The project starts once the contract is signed and the invoice is paid. The first stages — the dossier, an audit of your offer, and building the target list — take a few days, after which our reps begin daily calls. The first deal-ready clients usually appear within the first few weeks of work.
More than 11 languages. Our reps are native speakers of Russian, Kazakh, Uzbek, English, Arabic, German, and others. For each market we assign a salesperson who speaks the client's language and understands the local business culture.
The entire CIS (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Russia), as well as the UAE, Turkey, Europe, and South Korea. We help companies enter the CIS from abroad — and CIS companies expand into international markets.
We hand over only deal-ready clients: those who understood the offer and agreed to discuss the deal with you directly. Each comes with the conversation context, and the handover procedure is fixed in the contract.
We take negotiations to the point where the client understands the offer and is ready to discuss the deal. The further steps belong to the legal and commercial domain of your company: an external contractor has no authority to sign a contract on your behalf or to change its terms, since price, discounts and delivery arrangements lie within the competence of the owner and are agreed by the lawyers of both sides. There is also a second reason. In major B2B deals the final decision is made in personal negotiations with the principal, because the buyer needs to understand who they will be working with. For this reason the concluding stage remains with your side: a prepared counterpart comes to you, and the subject of the conversation is the terms of cooperation.
We don't buy ready-made cold-call lists. We build the list ourselves using demand intelligence systems — finding companies that already need a product like yours.
Yes. All work is done under a contract with agreed targets and a defined scope of responsibility. On request, we sign an NDA before any commercial information is shared.
The price depends on the market, the size of the target list and the languages of negotiations. We give an exact calculation after discussing your product on a free 15-minute call.
The guarantee is based on statistics. In a mature market, a clear product presented to the buyer in their own language yields a predictable share of deals from the target list. This pattern is stable, and our working model is built on it. That is why every project starts with an analysis of the product and the market: if the calculated forecast does not support the guaranteed level, we decline the project. The risks of the business itself remain with the owner, while we take responsibility for our part of the work: if the target is not reached, we continue at our own expense, and the funds invested in sales are not lost.
The guaranteed percentage is derived from the same statistics: it is the share of deals confirmed by the calculation on the target list. Everything above that level depends on factors on the business side: the product, pricing, terms and the speed of working with the handed-over clients. These matters lie within the competence of the owner, and entrepreneurial risk is natural there: no contractor can guarantee the success of another company’s product or business model. Therefore we guarantee what lies within our area of responsibility, namely a predictable share of deal-ready clients and the safety of the funds invested in sales.
Yes — you can start with a trial or pilot project. It lets you test demand and your offer on a limited list before launching your external sales team at full scale.
We agree on the reporting format and frequency at the start of the project. In the course of the work you see the state of the target list: which companies are being worked on and which are in negotiations. Every deal-ready client is handed over with the full context of the conversations held.
Only experienced reps — averaging 7 years in sales — work on your project, guiding each conversation along a proven structure built on an audit of your offer. Calls are monitored, and the approach is refined as the project progresses.
